What does the ingredient share lock in a recipe do?

Let's say you're designing strawberry ice cream and want to keep the strawberry share at 54%. If you decide to change any of the other ingredients, it could unintentionally alter the strawberry share. To avoid having to repeatedly adjust the recipe, we introduced a percentage share lock feature. This ensures that a given ingredient will be automatically adjusted to maintain the specified share. This feature is particularly useful when designing complex flavors, such as mixing several fruits in specific proportions (e.g., apple with banana, lemon with orange, etc.).
